A business partnership with NACM Southeast Unit (Atlanta) allows SACM members to enjoy the benefits of first-rate, full service Collection Services. With more than seventy years experience, NACM Southeast has a long standing, excellent reputation for their collection efforts. Highly train and skilled collections personnel are licensed and bonded, and their phone contact with the debtor is made within 48 hours of placing the claim. A report is faxed to the client in the same day the claim is received. A final demand service is available and no commissions are charged on full or partial payments received within the demand period. All collections are done on a contingency basis; no collection..... no fee.

 


 

  • Placement of Collection Accounts Form

  • Pre-Collection Letter Services- Customized for the needs of each client, a pre-collection letter series can be an economical way to accelerate cash flow.

  • Reminder Service- Productive stickers reminding your late payers that your past-due accounts are collected by an approved agency of the National Association of Credit Management, are furnished to members at no charge.

  • Free Demand Service- Using the Final Demand Service, any payment received within 10 calendar days from the date the notice is sent will not be subject to collection commissions. Any balance remaining after the 10 day demand period will be subject to normal collection procedures and commissions.

  • Personal Collection Procedures- NACM Southeast provides personal handling of all claims by competent, bonded professionals who use aggressive, yet tactful methods to collect your money Regular reporting procedures are in place to insure that you are advised of our progress.

  • Forwarding Service- Normal procedures include the forwarding of uncollected claims to bonded, commercial attorneys or approved NACM agencies nearest to the debtor locations, if necessary. No court action is taken or expense incurred without your specification.
